Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of the city close to many attractions. The rooms are comfortable, but show signs of wear and could use some updating. The service was a mix of helpfulness and confusion about departure times.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly pretty and clean, and surprisingly very quiet despite being close to the bustling avenues. The service was outstanding, with the staff being extremely helpful with everything from money exchange to restaurant tips and cultural information. The location was superb, right next to the Saenz Pena subway station and a block from the airport bus stop, making it incredibly convenient. The dining experience was delightful, especially with the continental breakfast offerings. A few minor defects were noticed, but they did not overshadow the overall fantastic experience.
I had an awesome stay at this hotel. The rooms offered great isolation and were preferable to the front rooms x02 to x05. They were decent, especially considering the price I paid, and some of the best I've experienced in South America in terms of lighting and electronics.
